Product Description

This assembly integrates a slimline SATA connector for the device side with a standard 7Pin SATA data plug and a 4Pin low-pitch power connector, providing both signal and power transmission in one compact wire cable harness. The red SATA data cable uses stranded oxygen-free copper conductors to maintain stable high-speed electronic communication up to 6 Gb/s, while the black/yellow/red power wires deliver clean DC power from a PSU or PCB header.

Precision-formed terminals and flame-retardant housings ensure secure mating and long-term reliability in vibrating or high-duty environments such as server racks, DVR systems and industrial controllers. The harness design supports OEM customization of length, pin definition, connector pitch and over-molding, making it suitable for integration into storage backplanes, automotive infotainment units and compact embedded devices where space-saving cabling is critical.
