6+2PIN Extension Cable for GPU L=300MM
Product Description
This PCI-E 8Pin to 6+2Pin power cable connector is designed for stable power transmission between modular power supply units and graphics cards or servers. The assembly uses oxygen-free copper wire and precision-formed power terminals to reduce loss and heat buildup during operation. Each wire is individually sleeved and then covered with a braided nylon outer jacket, delivering a clean look for custom gaming PCs while protecting the cable from abrasion and bending fatigue.
Both the male and female connector housings feature secure latching structures to prevent accidental unplugging from the PCB or power socket. Flexible customization is available for pin assignment, cable length, pitch-compatible housing, color, and labeling, allowing integration into OEM systems, server racks, or automotive-grade electronic modules.

GPU mining rigs and multi-GPU platforms
Industrial control cabinets and other electronic power distribution modules
Custom automotive electronic projects using PCI-E style power interfaces
Confirm the pin-out of the PSU and GPU connector before installation; incorrect wiring may damage electronic equipment.
Do not exceed the specified current rating per pin; ensure sufficient airflow around high-power cables.
Avoid sharp bends, crushing, or pulling on the wire harness to protect the insulation and terminals.
Keep the connector and terminals free from dust, oil, and moisture to maintain long-term contact reliability.
Custom designs for different pin counts, wire gauges, cable colors, and terminal plating can be provided for batch orders.
