The SAS 29P IDC Female Connector 1.27mm Pitch 180° Straight is a high-density electronic signal connector designed for SAS-based server, storage and industrial systems. It uses an IDC (insulation-displacement) termination to quickly connect flat cables or discrete wires without stripping, greatly improving assembly efficiency for mass production of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Each terminal is made of phosphor bronze C5191-H and plated with 50U" nickel, 15U" gold on the contact area, and 80U" tin on the IDC area, ensuring low contact resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical retention. The housing and base are LCP G/F, black, UL94-V0, providing high strength and heat resistance.
With 1.5A @ 40VAC, ≤30mΩ contact resistance, ≥1000MΩ insulation resistance and 500VAC dielectric withstand, this connector delivers stable performance for high-speed signal and low-power transmission in compact equipment.
