The SAS 68P Female Wire Solder Type Connector is a high-performance data transmission interface designed for reliable connections in servers, storage systems, and high-speed communication equipment. It features a 1.27mm pitch, supports 1.5A @ 40VAC, and is manufactured with nickel (≥50μ”), gold (≥15μ”), and tin (≥80μ”) plating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector maintains excellent electrical stability with ≤30mΩ contact resistance and ≥1000MΩ insulation resistance, and withstands 500VAC for one minute.

Its durable structure ensures consistent mating performance with a mating force ≤59N and unmating force ≥12N, achieving up to 500 backplane cycles and 25 cable cycles. The housing is made from high-temperature UL94V-0 plastic, offering excellent heat resistance and reliability in demanding environments. Ideal for high-density PCB interconnections, SAS signal transmission, and server data storage applications, this connector delivers precision, stability, and longevity in modern electronic systems.
