This 2.54mm pitch single-row pin header connector is designed for stable PCB signal and power transmission. Featuring an 8.5H vertical through-hole structure and a customizable pin layout (with the 4th pin intentionally left empty), it supports flexible circuit design requirements for modern electronic assemblies.

The terminals are made from high-strength Brass C2680, plated with 50µ” nickel and 15µ” gold, delivering excellent corrosion resistance, stable conductivity, and long-term reliability. The UL94-V0 PA9T housing withstands high reflow temperatures while ensuring dimensional accuracy and insulation performance.

With a 3A current rating, 250V DC voltage rating, and a wide operating range from –25°C to +105°C, this connector is suitable for demanding environments. Mechanical retention reaches 1.0 Kgf before reflow, ensuring secure assembly even under vibration.
